We breed only after securing a number of confirmed good homes.
Please contact us to join the puppy waiting list.
Puppies will be assigned to accepted good homes on first come first served basis. And, though it is up in the air right now, it is likely that we'll do one more breeding next year, early 2012, and that will be our last and final litter for sure.
Candidates will be screened to ensure a good home and a good family for the pup. Our pups are sold to those who want more than a pet, a family member and a friend who will be treated like a new child in the family.
It is very important that you send a confirmed application if you are interested in a pup from us. Your approved application could make the difference on whether we will breed or not - because unless we have a minimum number of confirmed good homes we will not breed..

The supplementary feeding is in addition to, not a substitute of, nursing.
I strongly advise you to take the time to read the repost via the link below on the difference between the "very cheap", the "good" and the "too expensive" before you get a pup from anywhere.
To the right, Pele', my son bottle feeding a pup at age 1 week. All other pictures are taken at age 3 weeks.
Our pups were about 2 lbs at birth and are over 35 lb at just 10 weeks, 70 lb in 16 weeks, 100+ lb at 24 weeks (6 months). Danes grow big fast.
The dad is now over 185 lb and the mom is over 155 lb .. and .. most important, they are; very healthy and have a great personality.
Below, Nifi, the mom, watching over the puppies at age 3 weeks
The pups at age 1, 2 & 3 weeks ... a perfect Dane head and structure... and they are going to be very large Danes.
While asleep was the easier task of
photographing them. They are very playful &
active even at this early 3 weeks old age.
Last year's puppies at 8 weeks old have all found great homes, including 2 breeders in Alberta and California.
We can use our family business (dining lounge) setup to accept:
A final note to share with you; two families who purchased a pup from this litter told us similar sad sorties about many American pups online they witnessed in person while traveling shopping for a good pup. Mass production puppy mills operations with terrible conditions in outdoors kennels ... but that's not the worst part ... many advertise pictures of good looking Danes ... they are not theirs ! Their dogs and pups are poor quality excuse for a Dane. One lady called me from Florida in tears - she was smart enough to fly there to see the dogs for herself! A sad scam. She now has one of our pups and is extremely happy, in fact 2 of her neighbours applied for a pup from our next litter.
If you're blessed with one of our pups, you'll appreciate our arrogant pride in our Danes.
And the proud dad, Anubis!
Below: photos of 2 brindle females at age 10 weeks.
They have just had their ears cropped by a specialist Vet in Vancouver.
True show quality pups who are also going to be very large Danes - and both were sold to breeders.
Last year's breeding:
All our last year's breeding pups have found great homes. Subject to availability of pre-breeding confirmed good homes, we expect to do one more and final breeding in 2012, and that will be it.
Cleo was in heat a few weeks ago and we decided not to breed her this time. First off, to give her a year off to rest. She already had a litter an a female Dane must never be bred more than twice, certainlt 3 times would be the absolute maximum.
We also would not have bred her because despite 8 names on our waiting list at the time, only 3 are believed to be good homes and that isn't enough to breed.
We mean it when we say that getting a GOOD home for our pups is the number "1" concern.
We don't breed for numbers and if you read the write-up on breeding cost per pup via the link on the library page, you'll understand that profit is not and cannot be a factor at all. Many people don't see it.
Our Danes are loved family members to be assigned to secured good homes only.
Anubis with Paul in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada.
Hard to believe Anubis was a small pup a year ago, and hey, look at Nifi in this picture a 3 months pup! .. they grow very big very fast,
This pup went to a rich Lord "Basha" in Egypt who raises Danes and who has developed perhaps one of the best Dane lines in the world from African & European lines. In exchange we acquired "Cleopatra", his best pup.
These pups are not just very, very large and are going to be GREAT (in size) ... they are also true show potential with GREAT bone structure, head & character.
