Hera lives right here in town, Nanaimo, BC, in fact just a couple of blocks away from her parents Anubis and Nifirtiti. She is photographed here by her owners, the McArthurs, Jan. 08.
The McArthurs have 4 mature dogs of 4 different breeds and Hera is seen here snuggling with one of her now-sisters.
Hera is on special low fat diet by Pat for a slower and healthier growth rate.
A potential large female; but more importantly, a very healthy, active and happy Dane. I see her almost daily as Pat walks her 3 times a day past my house.
The first two of these three female Danes are right here in town where their Dane parents live.

Anubis' daughter at age 4 months and at 5 months.
Keo is the darkest brindle pup and Hera is the lightest brindle in the 2008 litter.
Hera at age just 11 months at farm. Note that she is taller at the shoulders than this breed of horses - who is about 30" at the shoulder.
She is about 34" at the shoulder at this point and 120 lbs. and as a typical Dane, full of puppy-like energy and spirit.

Hi Paul,
Raleigh has proven to be a very good dog, we all just love her immensely. She is now up to 61 pounds and stands at 27" at her shoulders. (under age 5 months, female).
Raleigh definitely gets lots of attention wherever she goes, has a few dog friends that she gets to play with often, and is just a great joy all around.
